Este era o principal obxectivo do Traballo Fin de Grao (TFG) de Luc\u00eda Rivas \u00c1lvarez (Vigo, 2003), alumna do grao en Xesti\u00f3n Industrial da Moda, titulaci\u00f3n que se imparte na Facultade de Humanidades e Documentaci\u00f3n do Campus Industrial de Ferrol. Para acadalo, a estudante empregou unha metodolox\u00eda mixta na que combinou t\u00e9cnicas cuantitativas e cualitativas. Deste xeito, dese\u00f1ou unha enquisa en li\u00f1a na que participaron 150 persoas vinculadas ao mundo da moda e entrevistou ao alumando egresado do grao en Xesti\u00f3n Industrial da Moda que estivo detr\u00e1s dos proxectos:&nbsp;<em>Saval\u00e9, Le \u00c9clat, Guinda Concept<\/em>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<em>Atelierbysebas<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No que atinxe \u00e1 metodolox\u00eda cuantitativa empregada neste traballo, c\u00f3mpre sinalar que o 66% das persoas que responderon \u00e1 enquisa eran mulleres e o 34% homes, na s\u00faa inmensa maior\u00eda procedentes de Galicia a\u00ednda que cunha presenza significativa de persoas doutras comunidades como Madrid, Barcelona ou Arag\u00f3n. Por franxas de idade, o 3% ti\u00f1a menos de 18 anos, o 63% ti\u00f1a entre 19 e 30 anos, o 21% entre 31 e 45 anos, o 5% entre 46 e 60 anos, e o 8% ti\u00f1a m\u00e1is de 61 anos. En canto aos seus estudos, o 19% era titulado\/a ou estaba cursado estudos de ADE, Dereito ou de Econom\u00eda, o 16% de Xesti\u00f3n Industrial da Moda, o 51% outros graos doutras ramas de co\u00f1ecemento e 14% non ti\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pola s\u00faa banda, a an\u00e1lise cualitativa f\u00edxose a partires de entrevistas semiestruturadas ao alumando egresado do grao en Xesti\u00f3n Industrial da Moda que fundou&nbsp;<em>Saval\u00e9, Le \u00c9clat, Guinda Concept<\/em>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<em>Atelierbysebas<\/em>. A firma de bolsos&nbsp;<em>Saval\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;foi impulsada por Ailin Lecea S\u00e1nchez, Luc\u00eda S\u00e1nchez Figueroa e Alejandra Valera Iglesias.&nbsp;<em>Le \u00c9clat<\/em>, outra marca de bolsos e complementos, por Candela S\u00e1nchez Botana,&nbsp;<em>Guinda Concept<\/em>, centrada nos bolsos e na xoier\u00eda, por Sabela Mart\u00ednez Tom\u00e9, e&nbsp;<em>Atelierbysebas<\/em>, un proxecto de soluci\u00f3ns dixitais B2B, por Sebasti\u00e1n Medranda Piedra. A d\u00eda de hoxe, s\u00f3 o \u00faltimo destes catro proxectos nados na Universidade da Coru\u00f1a (UDC) segue activo. O primeiro cesou a s\u00faa actividade pola&nbsp;<em>\u201cdispersi\u00f3n xeogr\u00e1fica das s\u00faas creadoras\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;o segundo polas&nbsp;<em>\u201cbarreiras econ\u00f3mico fiscais derivadas da operativa a pequena escala\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;e o terceiro pasou a converterse nun&nbsp;<em>hobby<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O grao en Xesti\u00f3n Industrial da Moda, clave para fomentar o emprendemento no sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O traballo realizado por Luc\u00eda Rivas \u00c1lvarez confirma que a vocaci\u00f3n, a creatividade e o desexo de desenvolver proxectos propios son as principais motivaci\u00f3ns do emprendemento xuvenil na industria da moda en Galicia. O estudo, que combina unha enquisa en li\u00f1a con entrevistas persoais en profundidade, ofrece unha visi\u00f3n global sobre os retos e as oportunidades \u00e1s que se enfrontan os mozos e mozas que queren emprender neste sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os resultados da enquisa revelan que o 39% das persoas participantes emprenden impulsadas pola vontade de desenvolver unha iniciativa propia, mentres que o emprendemento por necesidade representa o 15% das respostas facilitadas. Tanto a an\u00e1lise cuantitativa como a cualitativa coinciden en identificar a falta de financiamento, a burocracia, as dificultades para acceder a provedores e a competencia das grandes empresas como os principais obst\u00e1culos para crear e consolidar un negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O traballo tam\u00e9n pon o foco na transformaci\u00f3n dixital. O 71,3% das persoas enquisadas considera que a dixitalizaci\u00f3n \u00e9 unha ferramenta clave para ampliar mercados, mellorar a competitividade e superar as limitaci\u00f3ns xeogr\u00e1ficas, especialmente nos proxectos baseados en canles dixitais ou en servizos tecnol\u00f3xicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, o estudo destaca o valor da formaci\u00f3n especializada para impulsar novos proxectos empresariais.
